(Dairy, Gluten, Wheat, Nut & Egg Free)
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
/4 cup dried fruit (can change to create new flavours. Try apricot, dried banana)
1 cup tapioca flour (can use spelt, gluten free flour instead if that’s what you have and no gluten allergy)
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (you can use butter too – delicious!)
1/3 cup maple or rice malt syrup2 teaspoons cinnamon
Blend dried fruit in food processor 10 seconds until fine chopped. Then blend all ingredients together in food processor for 30 seconds (or Thermomix Speed 6, 20 seconds)
